Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. 1 double with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin with shared bathroom; all with river views. Playroom,with sofa bed, shower room, utility room. Kitchen with large dining table and sitting room with open fire; both with river views. Outdoor dining table and chairs overlooking river.

Night storage heating and radiators. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges, 1 with freezer, electric cooker and kitchen appliances. TV and hi-fi. Linen and towels not provided. Electricity, and cleaning on departure included in rent,rubbish and bottles must be taken on departure.
